Order Fulfillment

Once you have placed an order for AutoMasterCRM, you will receive account access immediately. If your order contains custom projects for a new account, we will create your custom project and complete the project within a designated time frame and provide an update within 24-48 hours. If your Custom project is for an existing account, we will complete the project within a designated time frame and provide an update within 24-48 hours.

Refunds

We offer a full refund on all AutoMasterCRM accounts within 30 days of purchase. If you are not satisfied with AutoMasterCRM for any reason, simply contact us within 30 days of purchase and we will issue you a full refund.

Additional Terms

AutomasterCRM is a subscription-based service. All subscriptions are billed on a monthly basis and are non-refundable. If you cancel your subscription, your account will be deactivated and you will no longer have access to AutoMasterCRM.

If we are unable to resolve the issue to your satisfaction, we will issue you a full refund.
